Hannah and Bilal: Happy and Healthy

Happy and Healthy follows the journey of 2 children, Hannah and Bilal, as they adventure through Arabia and discover Sunnah foods of the Prophet Muhammed (SAW). They learn about the nutritional, physical, psychological and spiritual benefits of these foods, and find good health and happiness through the Sunnah. 

As the story is told, mini Muslims are encouraged to eat the sunnah food mentioned (this is especially great to get picky eaters to enjoy various foods) and to colour in the pictures.

The book also includes an English alphabet learning chart using Islamic concepts to teach English speaking readers about Islamic Principles.
